Brown City Travels: A Weekend in Savannah & Atlanta, GA

I have always loved traveling and one of my goals this year is to travel frequently. This past weekend I went to Savannah and Atlanta, Georgia and it was the perfect getaway from NYC.

I flew into Savannah-Hilton Head Airport, rented a car, spent the day in Savannah and then drove 3.5 hours to Atlanta. Savannah was so beautiful that I didn't want to leave. I found an amazing coffee shop (Sentient Bean) while there which had a vegan menu and the food was sooo good!

In Atlanta I spent time with my best friend Malikah which was great because we don't get to see each other often. I have always loved Atlanta and could definitely see myself living there one day. Although the city shut down on Friday because of a 'snow storm'; I definitely enjoyed Atlanta.

Here are some pics of my experience in Savannah & Atlanta. Hope you enjoy!

Getting away from NYC for the weekend is a great way for me to refresh and relax. I always find more inspiration when I travel.

Until next time,
